Last weekend, the town neighboring my own held a living history weekend full of reenacting and historical groups from all over New England. The history encampment was mostly Civil-War era, but now and then we found eighteenth century living historians as well. These were some of my favorite images of the past :-)
What?? The Second South Carolina String Band?? I'm not going to lie... I have some Civil War music by them on my computer.
